Yes. Feeding therapy may support children with limited food variety, difficulty progressing through textures, oral-motor delays, inefficient chewing, sensory-based feeding challenges, difficulty participating in mealtimes, and concerns related to swallowing safety. This may include children with a history of coughing or choking with meals, aspiration or suspected aspiration, recurrent respiratory concerns, or previous swallow study recommendations. Treatment is individualized based on your child’s medical history, developmental needs, feeding skills, and current safety recommendations.
